How much does it cost to rent a party bus?
A private red rocks party bus charter starts at $595 for a Denver pick-up/drop-off and $645 for a Boulder pick-up/drop-off. Driver gratuity is not included but a industry standard 20% is greatly appreciated.
How many people fit on the party bus?
Most of our buses have a 15 person capacity. Please inquire directly about booking larger groups.
Where does the party bus pickup/drop off?
Red Rocks Bus will pick your group up and drop them off at your desired location anywhere in the Denver Metro Area. Our friendly driver will roll up to your house, Airbnb, hotel, or favorite bar. Just specify your pickup/drop-off location at time of booking and we will be there!
Can we bring our own alcohol on the party bus?
No problem! Bring beverages to enjoy on the ride there, in the lot, and on the way home. Everyone in your party needs to be 21+ to consume alcohol.
How far in advance should I book a party bus?
We strongly recommend reserving your Red Rocks party bus in as much advanced notice as possible! We generally book all of our buses for popular shows weeks if not months in advance during the summer season.
What is included in the price when I book the bus?
Your party bus charter includes round trip transportation to Red Rocks from your desired location (multiple pickup/drop off stops can be setup with an additional fee), cooler with ice & bottled water, sound system with Bluetooth/aux cord, and a friendly designated driver.
How much should I tip my party bus driver?
Our drivers go above and beyond to enhance your Red Rocks experience. An industry standard 20% ($120) gratuity is suggested. The gratuity can be added on at time of booking or you can directly pay your driver cash/Venmo at the end of the ride.
